What inspired you to become involved with the Carlo Acutis Association?

“After much prayer and discernment, I felt God was calling me to something I simply couldn’t ignore.

The defining moment came when a mother travelled for over an hour on three buses just to bring her daughter to our youth group. That journey made me realise no family should have to travel so far just to find a place where young people can grow in faith. That’s when I knew God was calling us to help other parishes start youth groups too.”

What’s been your favourite moment so far?

“Seeing Rosiane’s youth group flourish after introducing a few simple CAA guidelines. Watching her enthusiasm return and seeing 20 young people attend, including five who were there for the very first time, was incredibly rewarding. That’s exactly why CAA exists.”

What would you say to a young person thinking about coming along for the first time?

“Come, see and try. Bring a friend if you like. There’s no obligation… you might even love it!”
